Terri John is a Technical Service Manager and Senior Scientist in the Coatings Group at Synthomer.
Terri has over 20 years of experience formulating water-based and solvent-based specialty coatings for the Architectural Coatings market. In addition, she is involved in the development of innovative latexes for direct-to-metal coatings, clear sealers, concrete coatings and various roof coating systems.
Terri takes a performance-based formulation approach working closely with her customers to understand their technical performance goals while optimizing their formulations to develop and support new and existing business.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Akron.
Latoska N. Price, M.S.
Technical Service Manager, Coatings – Americas
Latoska N. Price, Technical Service Manager, Coatings- Americas at Synthomer, has worked in the Coatings Industry for over 20 years in the areas of Automotive, Industrial, Architectural and Color Science. Currently, she manages the Technical Service team for the Americas and also, serves as a Technical contact working closely with Coatings customers to develop and support new and existing business.
Latoska earned her B.S. Chemistry from University of Detroit –Mercy and an M. S. Polymer Technology from Eastern Michigan University.

Global Marketing Director
Raymond Somich is Global Marketing Director for Synthomer, plc responsible for the Coatings busines portfolio.
Raymond has more than 20 years experience in the Chemicals industry with a specialization in infrastructure and construction including architectural and industrial Coatings. His chemistry application experience includes acrylics, epoxies, polyurethanes, silicone and various thermoset materials.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Marketing and completed his Masters in Business Administration at Bowling Green University. He also holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt.
