Recorded December 6 – Presented by Trinseo

Join Trinseo live on Thursday, December 6 from 12:00 to 1:00 EST as we discuss plastics made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) content and their application in the Consumer Electronics sector. As the marketplace continues to gravitate toward sustainable products, there have been significant learnings in this area, and the Consumer Electronics industry, being driven by consumer demand, is a strong adopter of the technology.

Trinseo has been working with some of the largest OEMs globally on their sustainable product solutions using plastics. We will discuss applications in the consumer electronics sector that can be targeted for PCR-containing plastics, appropriate feedstocks, challenges and limitations of using recycled material in combination with virgin material, and quality control for consistency and reliability. With case study examples and supporting research, we will explain how to accomplish performance and sustainability goals with the technology, certifications required, and ways to introduce PCR-containing plastics into your next application.
