I am running a TPU material in an overmold seal are of a part that forms core side of part and areas especially the gate area likes to stick to the highly polished contact area of the core after ejection. I have found that a high polished area releases easier than a textured type surface for a TPE material. I have experimented with different fill speeds for shear as well as different varying pack pressures and not sure why the sticking is occuring more at the gate area. The material has been confirmed to be dry within the specifications.
