Presented by DuPont Mobility & Materials
Recorded on June 29, 2022

As technology advances, consumers are demanding ever-lighter, portable and stylish consumer electronic devices. To address consumers’ needs and industrial challenges, consumer electronics companies are seeking innovative solutions that can help reduce the size and weight of their devices without compromising the stability of structural parts, while also improving sustainability and manufacturability. DuPont has developed multiple new solutions specifically tailored for consumer electronics applications.

In this free webinar, three DuPont experts will discuss top trends and innovative solutions for the next generation of consumer electronics, including:

  1. Lightweight Solutions: DuPont recently launched two new high-performance nylon resins – Zytel® FE160065 BK010 and Zytel® RS32G10DO BK236 resins. Both materials are at least 30 percent lighter than incumbent structural materials. They are also formulated with renewable raw materials.
  2. Structural Solutions: DuPont™ Zytel® high performance nylon solutions provide balanced stiffness, toughness and excellent flow properties for thin-wall designs, while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and low warpage.
  3. Antenna Solutions: DuPont™ Zytel® high performance nylon solutions are specially formulated to enable circuit plating. DuPont™ Crastin® PBT solutions with optimized dielectric performance allows signals to transmit and improves antenna effectiveness in metal framed electronic devices.
  4. Sustainable Solutions: Renewably sourced Zytel® high performance nylons and Hytrel® thermoplastic elastomers (TPC-ET) are designed to reduce the use of fossil fuels without sacrificing performance.

Our presenters for this free webinar will be Christine Park, Regional Strategic Marketing Leader, Electrical & Electronics; Tiger Xu, Application Development Leader, Consumer Electronics Segment; and Jinyong Wang, Technical Program Leader and Regional Product Technical Specialist.

Please join us live on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, to learn how to better achieve design, performance, manufacturing and sustainability goals for your consumer electronics by choosing DuPont materials.
