The rapid transition from ICE power to EVs is forcing automotive engineering teams to ramp up their response to new challenges, including the increased requirement for cooling large batteries. In fact, EVs require two to three times the length of cooling lines compared to ICE vehicles. Given the large amount of material required for cooling tubes and quick connectors, it’s understandable that OEMs are seeking economically sustainable options that also offer a reduction in Global Warming Potential (GWP) versus current solutions.
In this webinar, we will examine the issue and demonstrate how our new eCool technology meets the challenge. This multi-layer extruded material option offers design flexibility, manufacturing efficiency, and a reduced GWP compared to current solutions. In addition to our deep understanding of the behavior of the materials involved, we also offer a full range of services and support to help manufacturers speed projects to success. Our company has been developing solutions for automotive cooling lines for decades, and thanks to this expertise and experience, we’re able to streamline the transition to EV cooling systems for our customers.
