Maximizing productivity and enhancing performance are key drivers in concrete floor coatings. Even better is if such a coating meets the low emission requirement . In a typical two-coat floor system, cure speed of the primer is critical for applicators who want to apply both a primer and topcoat in the same work day. It is equally important, if not even more, to job specifiers or end-users who demand minimum downtime.
With the above drivers in mind, Anquamine® 728 a waterborne curing agent was developed to deliver exactly that: a primer with a recoat time less than four hours at 10 °C (50 °F); excellent adhesion to concrete, high aesthetics, and potential to meet low emission requirements. It is easy to install. In addition, Anquamine® 728 based coatings can be applied up to 20 mils (500 g/m2) wet film thickness without compromising cure speed. It provides fast cure speed under high humidity up to 85%. Anquamine® 728 is versatile: it can be used with both liquid epoxy resin and solid resin dispersion, formulated into 2K or 3K systems, in clear or pigmented coatings.
This webinar will introduce a portfolio of waterborne epoxy floor systems used in a wide range of applications with an emphasis on Anquamine® 728. The webinar will demonstrate the performance advantages of Anquamine® 728 and how it can be used to formulate a one-day floor system, and get business back in service fast.
