Recorded Thursday, November 10 – Presented by Air Products
Alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs) are increasingly restricted or difficult to use globally due to the greater awareness of the effect of APEs impact on the environment. As end consumers, worker safety groups, and industrial customers begin to demand safer product profiles, formulators need to adjust to these market trends.
This webinar will discuss the challenges of replacing APEs within cleaning formulations and present solutions to those challenges. One solution that that will be highlighted – Tomadol® 902 surfactant — enables formulators to develop next-generation cleaning systems. Tomadol 902 surfactant, a unique product based on proprietary technology, is unlike anything else currently used in the household institutional and industrial industry. Through rapid diffusion kinetics and relatively slow micellar relaxation time, Tomadol 902 provides a significant boost to hard surface and laundry cleaning performance that can yield significant benefits to formulators, while still meeting California Prop 65 and other regulations.
