McCook, IL, October 2016 – Elé Corporation and Callahan Chemical Company will use the occasion of the 29th IFSCC Congress, Oct. 31-Nov.2, to proudly announce a new, exclusive distribution relationship for Elé’s Personal Care and Household product line in the Northeast and Atlantic Coast regions of the U.S. The partnership will allow customers to tap into a combined advantage of technical expertise, market knowledge, and a wealth of raw materials for Personal Care and Household products.
“The Solvay Novecare distributor consolidation earlier this year left a gap in the marketplace, one that we believe the Elé-Callahan partnership will fill extremely well,” said Gayle Lopez, Sales Manager, Elé Corporation. “We are thrilled to extend our reach through Callahan’s very experienced sales team, as well as support our mutual goal of collaborating and co-inventing technically superior solutions to an expanded customer base.” Elé manufactures color fixatives, conditioning agents, emollients and specialty surfactants.
“We are delighted to offer an alternative line of amphoteric surfactants, organosilicone conditioning agents, and other specialty ingredients to our customers in the Eastern U.S. The appointment of Callahan Chemical as the exclusive channel partner for the Elé product line enhances our mission to provide optimized chemical solutions that are aligned with individual customer needs,” said Gregory Shetler, President, Callahan Chemical.
